Populate and manage large data sets within our digital Energy Management Information System (EMIS)
Ensure the quality and integrity of data collected from various sources, including energy consumption, production, and cost data
Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure seamless integration and accessibility of data
Collect, cleanse, and analyze data on energy consumption, production, costs, and other relevant metrics
Utilize statistical methods and tools like Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel to perform deep data analytics on energy data
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in energy usage, costs, and performance metrics
Design, develop, and maintain dynamic, interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize key insights and KPIs for stakeholders
Develop custom data-driven tools and applications tailored to the company’s needs, enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency
Provide ad-hoc and scheduled reporting to management, highlighting key findings and actionable insights
Monitor and report on energy market conditions and trends using visual analytics tools
Monitor regional and global energy policies, regulations, and market conditions
Provide regular reports and updates on any changes or developments in the energy sector that could impact the organization
Stay informed on new technologies, industry developments, and best practices in energy management
Conduct economic and financial analyses of energy projects and initiatives to support decision-making
Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to implement and monitor energy management plans
Provide technical support and training to teams on the use of Power BI and other data analysis tools
Masters or Bachelor of Data Analysis
Masters or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, CCE or industrial Engineering, engineering management, or Energy Studies

Time management: As value-consultants, our clients expect us to execute work professionally and on time. Working hours are around 16 hours weekly in our office in Beirut, or anywhere else depending on the type of project, incl. Dubai, KSA, Cairo, or Client's sites, wherever they are
Candidate has to be able to operate under pressure incl. working over the Weekends (while not expected but may be required to meet deadlines). Time management is paramount
Good understanding of solar PV technology, building systems and design, as well as the different aspects of energy modelling and energy management is a BIG PLUS
Knowledge of Homer, PVSketch, VRay, Skellion, HAP or IESVE (Energy Modelling) is a PLUS
Languages: perfect English (writing/speaking), Arabic (writing/speaking), French is a plus
