Overview


Delta-T monitoring and optimization have become increasingly critical across GCC countries, where low Delta-T performance remains a persistent challenge in district cooling systems. With cooling providers now enforcing Delta-T penalties, building owners and facility managers face growing pressure to continuously track, analyze, and improve Delta-T values.

To meet this need, Ark Energy developed an advanced Delta-T Management and Analytics Tool, enabling clients to monitor performance at both primary and secondary sides, assess Delta-T surcharges, and support Measurement and Verification (M&V) activities following rehabilitation measures.

 


Challenge
