Energy conservation measures are then evaluated and simulated, with results tracked through the AUTOMATED MEASUREMENT AND VERIFICATION module.

Can arkEMIS tell you if and why Low Delta-T is happening?

arkEMIS can detect Low Delta-T issues by connecting BTU meters and supply/return temperatures to the platform. It provides detailed analytics to identify the cause of the problem, which can vary. Ark Energy’s specialized team can then pinpoint the key drivers of Low Delta-T and set alerts and thresholds to monitor anomalies.

Can arkEMIS control the BMS in which direction to go?

arkEMIS is completely unintrusive to the BMS, providing only alerts and recommendations to the Client Operator. It connects through arkCONNECT, a Universal Gateway that can be easily unplugged if no longer needed. If the BMS has internet access, an API can be used to push data from the BMS to arkEMIS seamlessly.

How can arkEMIS provide valuable insights for non-technical users?
